Preliminary program

The CHI Play 2017 conference will take place from Sunday 15 October to Wednesday 18, with the exception of one specific workshop that has been moved to Saturday at the organizers' request.
The exact time-slots are still being assigned, but we publish a preliminary schedule to facilitate those who need to book airplane tickets as soon as possible.
To enjoy the whole conference, we recommend to arrive in Amsterdam Saturday 14. The conference ends in the late afternoon on Wednesday 18, and it is possible to fly out in the evening.

Saturday 14 October (morning and afternoon): one specific workshop (Arguing on the Holodeck) moved to Saturday at the organizers' request (need specific registration).
From Sunday 15 October, to Wednesday 18: Exhibition (remains open to the public all days).
Sunday 15 October (morning and afternoon): All other workshops, courses, doctoral consortium (need specific registration).
Sunday 15 October (evening): Opening keynote, prof. Ian Bogost.
Monday 16 October (all day): Conference, day 1.
Monday 16 October (evening): Reception at the exhibition, drinks and networking with game developers.
Tuesday 17 October (all day): Conference, day 2.
Tuesday 17 October (evening): Conference dinner (need specific registration).
Wednesday 18 October (all day): Conference, day 3. Conclusive keynote, prof. Katherine Isbister in the afternoon.
