Please note that at least one author for each accepted submission will be required to register and pay an  “Author” fee. In other words, each accepted submission requires one unique author registration; otherwise, the submission will be removed. For example, if you are a ACM/SIGCHI Professional Member, want to attend in-person, and present one paper, one On-site Attendee – ACM/SIGCHI Professional Member and Author Fee: Full Paper is due, overall totalling €525.00 (early; €675.00 for late) + €200.00

If you have accessibility requests that are time-consuming to organize or depend on schedules of other professionals (e.g., you are in need of a sign language translator), please reach out directly to a11y@chiplay.acm.org and we will do our best to support you.

Some parts of the sessions, chats, questions, and answers will be captured and streamed and/or made available for later viewing. Please also be aware that – in the case of in-person attendance – you may be captured by camera and streamed to the online audience, e.g., while seated in the auditorium, and that you give consent to being filmed in these settings.
